Birthday was great!

Pizza was really good, thanks Amy for taking the time to get it for us! And the pies were great too! I stopped at Garwood and got pies instead of baking anything. One apple and one peach. It was 87F today. Too hot for me!

Matthew glad you got home and came by, it was nice seeing you also! (If the kids read this.)

The mosquitoes are biting. I was out feeding old bread to the chickens and I got bit at least 8 times. I ran right in! That is one thing I cannot stand, getting bit!

I went out to water the chickens and a bird was stuck inside the coop. John looked it up a great crested fly catcher. We were going to catch it in the net and it went out the chicken door. It was neat to see one so close up. John had his camera and was going to take a picture but I stopped him and said not through the screen door but walk into the coop and the minute he did it flew out. Sorry John.

I am tired and hitting the hay early.
